Purchasing a bicycle or e-bike through a bicycle plan

Want to use a new bicycle or e-bike affordably? Ask your employer if you can take advantage of a bicycle plan or bicycle leasing. Since the introduction of the WKR (Work Costs Scheme), a bicycle plan offers many tax advantages for employees.

We collaborate with Fiscfree, Nationale Fiets Projecten, and Lease a Bike. The easiest option for both employees and employers is to submit the invoice directly to the employer, without the intervention of an external organization.

Tip: Ask your employer if there's any available space in your WKR budget for a bicycle plan. If not, you can opt for Jongerius Bicycle Lease, which won't affect your WKR budget.

With a bicycle plan via the WKR, you are immediately the owner of the bicycle.

As an employer or self-employed person you can also use a company bicycle advantageously with only 7% additional tax.

HOW TO PAY FOR YOUR BIKE WITH A BIKE PLAN:

Submit invoice to your
employer. You pay the
bike to us yourself.

You will receive the amount back from your employer later and
You can pick up the bike immediately as soon as it is ready.
  • You pay for the bike yourself and submit the invoice to your employer (this is also possible if you're an employer or self-employed). They will deduct the amount from your gross salary based on the Wkr allowance and reimburse this amount to you later.

  • After assembling your bike, you submit the invoice to your employer. Your employer will then transfer the amount to us. As soon as we receive payment from your employer, your new bike can be picked up.

Delivery via NFP or Fiscfree is only possible if you indicate this to us before ordering the bike!
  • When ordering through our website, you can indicate in the comments field on the order page that it concerns an NFP or Fiscfree order. You can also enter your digital order number here so we can initiate the application.

JONGERIUS BICYCLE LEASE

Enjoy a bit of fresh air every day on your bike ride to work with Jongerius Fietslease. In partnership with Lease a Bike, we offer the option to lease a bicycle or e-bike for a fixed monthly fee, including maintenance, roadside assistance, and insurance. 

A leased bike also doesn't affect your WKR budget because you don't own the bike during the lease term. After the 36-month lease term, you can take over the bike for approximately 20% of the purchase price. 

Your personal benefit is only €7%. For a bicycle costing €5,499, this amounts to approximately €12 to €19 per month (depending on your gross annual income). If your employer still has available funds in your WKR budget, they can choose to reimburse your benefit through the WKR, so you won't have any benefit at all. 

The advantage of Jongerius Bicycle Lease is that you are not obligated to use the bicycle for business purposes and can also use it privately for your cycling holiday or weekend tour.
