Repair and maintenance of your Jongerius bicycle

BY APPOINTMENT

After purchasing your Jongerius bike, you'll naturally want to keep it in top condition. We therefore recommend bringing your bike in for maintenance once a year.

If you come by for the first maintenance service between 3 and 9 months after purchase (1200-1500 km), it is free (this is possible up to 12 months after purchase).

You can wait for the first maintenance appointment if you indicate this in advance when making your online appointment (including the desired time: 9:00 AM, 10:00 AM, or 11:00 AM). For all other maintenance and repairs, you can bring your bike in by appointment between 9:00 and 10:00 AM, and we will try to have it ready again the same day between 4:00 and 5:00 PM.

You can schedule your repair appointment online via this page. Maintenance takes place at our workshop in Vleuten, where we also build all Jongerius bicycles and e-bikes.

Bring your bike in for a service and visit Castellum Hoge Woerd for free, within walking distance from our workshop.

Utrecht's premier archaeology museum is housed in Castellum Hoge Woerd. Admire the 2,000-year-old Roman ship and its complete inventory, climb the walls of the imposing fortress, and journey through the history of people and the landscape. A unique and interactive museum for all ages, nestled atop a UNESCO World Heritage site.

The address of Castellum Hoge Woerd is Hoge Woerdplein 1, 3454 PB De Meern (Utrecht). The museum is open Tuesday through Sunday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

VISITS TO OUR WORKSHOP ARE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY

As a manufacturer of Jongerius bicycles, we only repair and maintain Jongerius brand bicycles.

Schedule your appointment for your repair online

The first time you make an appointment online, you'll need to create an account. If you'd like to use a free rental bike, you can select it during the appointment process.

Waiting for the first maintenance service within 12 months of purchase

This is possible on Thursdays and Fridays at 9:00 AM, 10:00 AM, or 11:00 AM. Please be sure to indicate this when making your appointment (including your preferred time), otherwise waiting will unfortunately not be possible.

You bring the bicycle on the agreed day between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM

We'll try to have your bike ready the same day between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM. You'll receive a text message and email as soon as your bike is ready.

NB: Appointments can be cancelled or changed up to 24 hours in advance!
