Repair and maintenance of your Jongerius bicycle
After purchasing your Jongerius bike, you'll naturally want to keep it in top condition. We therefore recommend bringing your bike in for maintenance once a year.
If you come by for the first maintenance service between 3 and 9 months after purchase (1200-1500 km), it is free (this is possible up to 12 months after purchase).
In our workshop, we only repair bicycles of the brand Jongerius!
For the first maintenance service, you can wait while we perform the service (this takes approximately 1 hour).
This is only possible if you mention this in advance when making the online appointment. (including the desired time: 9:00, 10:00 or 11:00)!
For all other maintenance and repairs, you can bring your bike in by appointment between 9:00 and 10:00 AM, and we will try to have it ready again the same day between 4:00 and 5:00 PM.
You can make your repair appointment online via this page. Maintenance is performed at our workshop in Vleuten, where we also build all Jongerius bicycles and e-bikes.

The address of Castellum Hoge Woerd is Hoge Woerdplein 1, 3454 PB De Meern (Utrecht). The museum is open Tuesday through Sunday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
As a manufacturer of Jongerius bicycles, we only repair and maintain Jongerius brand bicycles.
The first time you make an appointment online, you'll need to create an account. If you'd like to use a free rental bike, you can select it during the appointment process.
This is possible on Thursdays and Fridays at 9:00 AM, 10:00 AM, or 11:00 AM. Please be sure to indicate this when making your appointment (including your preferred time), otherwise waiting will unfortunately not be possible.
We'll try to have your bike ready the same day between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM. You'll receive a text message and email as soon as your bike is ready.
NB: Appointments can be cancelled or changed up to 24 hours in advance!
