We've designed this e-bike specifically for tall riders, ranging from 195 to 215 cm. Thanks to the extra-large, 63 cm frame and our own extra-long and extra-strong By Jongerius fork, even tall riders will be comfortable on this bike.

The Jongerius XXL Pinion Neodrives e-bike is equipped with a Pinion gearbox with a choice of 9, 12 or 18 gears, a very quiet and powerful German Alber Neodrives Z20 rear-wheel motor and 725wh battery.

Just like all other models in the Jongerius collection, you can customize this handmade e-bike entirely to your wishes.

The Neodrives Z20 motor has a power of 40 Nm which is located directly in the rear wheel.

The maximum power of 500 watts and acceleration from 0 to 100% in just 3 seconds provide an unparalleled riding sensation! You can also benefit from energy recovery when descending in hilly terrain.

THE NEODRIVES Z20 REAR-WHEEL MOTOR

The Alber Neodrives Z20 motor is a very powerful and especially quiet motor which we combine as standard with a Bmz V10 725 Wh intube battery.

The key features of the Neodrives motor include 40 Nm of torque, 250 watts of power, and acceleration from 0 to 100% in just 3 seconds! You can also benefit from energy recovery when descending in hilly terrain.

Renewed simply remote control and app

New is the Neodrives Simply remote. This waterproof handlebar-mounted remote can be combined with the Neodrives Simply Ride app on your phone, the Sigma Eox View 1300 bike computer, or the deluxe Sigma Rox 12.1 bike computer with navigation. But you can also use the Simply remote without a bike computer or phone.

With the Neodrives Simply Ride app, you can see your battery level on your phone, as well as information like your daily distance, total distance, and speed. You can also customize the riding modes via this app.

THE SIGMA EOX VIEW 1300 BIKE COMPUTER

The Sigma EOX View 1300 bike computer, available as an option for this bike, is fully equipped. For example, you can see information like battery charge and the selected support level for the e-bike system.

All important functions such as speed, average speed, daily distance, total distance, driving time, clock and an illuminated screen are also present.

With the EOX app you can customize the functions to your liking and thanks to the connection with Komoot you can use the turn-by-turn navigation.

Maintenance-friendly Pinion Gearbox

The Jongerius Pinion Neodrives is equipped with a maintenance-friendly German Pinion gearbox with a choice of 9, 12, or 18 gears. It has a gear range of 568, 600, or 636%, respectively.

The Pinion Gearbox is stably positioned in the middle of the bike and requires very little maintenance.

The first oil change for the gearbox should be carried out 1200-1500 km after purchase, and after that the oil only needs to be changed once every 10,000 km.

Removable battery and range

The Bmz battery (manufacturer of all Neodrive batteries) is beautifully integrated into the frame. This battery, equipped with a battery lock, can be charged on the bike with the included charger, but is also removable for easy charging at home.

This model comes standard with a 725 Wh battery. This battery provides an average range of 75 to 150 km (depending on conditions and selected support level).

If you choose to limit the support via the app to 5-10%, a range of more than 200 km is possible.

Because every Jongerius Handmade Bicycle is unique, you can choose the frame color of this premium bike yourself. We've compiled a selection of 46 beautiful colors for you to choose from. Don't see your favorite color? We can also create your dream bike in one of our 210 RAL colors for a small additional charge.

We've chosen to fit thru axles to both the front and rear wheels so you can easily remove both wheels for transport or in the event of a puncture.

Thanks to the latest Magura MT5 brakes with dual caliper pistons and 180mm rotors, you'll always come to a safe stop. We've chosen to equip this bike with the ultra-reliable Gates CDX belt drive, so you'll need minimal maintenance during extreme use.

Cycling without extra resistance from the motor

The German-made Alber Neodrives Z20 motor is a smooth-running motor where you can easily adjust the level of support via the app.

Because this is a purely electric motor, there's no negative impact or resistance from moving parts, unlike the well-known mid-drive motors of major e-bike manufacturers. This makes cycling with the motor off a pleasant experience.

Another unique feature is that the engine can regenerate, which means the engine acts as a dynamo during a descent to supply the battery with extra power.

Extra long

We developed the extra-long By Jongerius fork ourselves, allowing the handlebars to be raised for taller riders. The fork is made of aluminum but features an extra-thick steel tapered steerer tube for added strength. The fork is equipped with mounting points for a Tubus Duo lowrider, but you can also choose to mount bottle cages, roof racks, or panniers on the mounting points.

The front fork is Boost for extra strength and features 15mm thru axles. Because the fork is tapered (1.5 inches), we can use larger headset bearings, which maintain their integrity even under heavy loads. The headset also features a 65-degree travel limiter, preventing the handlebars from tipping too far when carrying heavy luggage.

headlight bracket

As avid holiday cyclists, many people find it annoying that a standard headlight mount is often too short. This causes the headlight to shine against the front panniers on the lowrider instead of onto the road, a problem we also encountered at Jongerius.

When designing our By Jongerius headlight bracket, we focused on more than just length; we also wanted it to be the strongest bracket currently available. That's why we chose to make it from extra-strong stainless steel, preventing the headlight from vibrating during adventurous rides. The sturdy bracket ensures the light always shines over your front panniers, directing it precisely where you want it.

The By Jongerius stainless steel headlight bracket is matt black powder-coated and beautifully features a laser-etched Jongerius logo.

The Jongerius TravL Carrier is made of extra-strong CrMo steel, but the mounting points and pannier rails are made of stainless steel, preventing them from rusting if they are damaged by the hooks on your pannier.

The Jongerius TravL Carrier has lower positioned pannier racks but also an extra long and wide top surface (12 cm wide) so you can easily combine luggage on top of the carrier as well as panniers.

In terms of stability, the Jongerius TravL carrier is even more stable than the well-known Tubus luggage carriers. The Jongerius TravL Carrier is approved for up to 26 kg but has been tested with a load of 40 kg.

Strong wheels are essential for a bike designed for intensive use, so we've fitted this model with extra-strong By Jongerius wheels. These hand-spoked wheels with extra-wide 26mm (tubeless-ready) rims are suitable for a load of up to 200 kg (rider weight + bike weight + luggage weight).

With these hand-spoked wheels, the spoke holes are drilled at precisely the right angle to the hub, so unlike the front rim, the rear rim minimizes spoke breakage. This is crucial due to the larger diameter of a rear-wheel motor.

We also use special spoke nipples from Alpina which are provided with a locking agent so that the spokes will not vibrate loose under extreme loads.

Unique to this model is the choice between 27.5-inch wheels with 62 mm tires or 28-inch wheels with 50 mm wide tires.
