The Jongerius TravL Rohloff has been nominated by the RAI Association's expert jury as one of the three finalists for the 2021 Bike of the Year Award. On March 10, 2021, the bike will compete against the two other nominated bikes from Trek and Batavus for the title. Bicycle of the Year 2021!

Assessed by an expert and independent jury

 

An expert, independent jury has assessed and field-tested numerous bicycles over the past month. The judging process was based on the bicycle's intended use, or its suitability for the target group.

To reach a good final assessment, the jury looked at: construction and finish, standard equipment, design and styling, originality and innovation, safety, handling/comfort, materials used, price/quality ratio, and the 'x-factor' of the bike.

The jury consists of experts and experienced professionals, including editors from Fiets, Fietsactief, ANWB Media, Tweewieler, NieuwsFiets.nu, and Bike Europe. The jury for the sports brands is supplemented by four experienced professionals.

Following our nomination, a reporter from RTV Utrecht a (radio) report about us (click to listen). An article with this test result also appeared in several newspapers and magazines.
