New extra long Jongerius headlight bracket
As avid holiday cyclists, many people find it annoying that a standard headlight mount is often too short. This causes the headlight to shine against the front panniers on the lowrider instead of onto the road, a problem we also encountered at Jongerius.
Because we are always working on improving existing products, this gave us the idea to design and produce our own headlight bracket, entirely according to our own and the customer's wishes.

When designing our Jongerius XXL headlight bracket, we focused on more than just length; we also wanted it to be the strongest headlight bracket currently available. After all, it's important that the headlight continues to illuminate the road and stays in position, even on the roughest roads.
Furthermore, we value the longevity of our components. That's why we've chosen to make the headlight bracket from extra-strong stainless steel, preventing the headlight from vibrating during adventurous rides. The sturdy headlight bracket ensures the light always shines over your front panniers, directing it precisely where you want it.
Unique properties and made in Holland
The Jongerius stainless steel XXL headlight bracket is powder-coated in matte black and beautifully features a laser-etched Jongerius logo. It's the perfect finishing touch for your Jongerius bike! This headlight bracket is now available for all models in our collection.
If you prefer the shorter Son headlight bracket or the headlight mounted on the handlebar stem, this is of course also possible.

The By Jongerius headlight bracket is designed by us and made entirely in Holland, which requires considerable manual work to bend the headlight bracket into shape.
The photo shows the various steps of the production process. After the headlight bracket is bent into shape, it is given a matte black powder coating.
